Ingredients
- 1 lb. Manilla clams
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped mint
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped basil
- 1 heaping tbsp of tomato paste
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- ½ cup of clamato juice
Directions
In a large skillet sauté the onion, garlic and tomatoes for 2 minutes.Add clams.When clams are partially open add tomato paste, herbs and clamato juice.Cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes until clams are open.Serve immediately with warm bread for dipping.
