Each year, artwork is temporarily installed in City parks and spaces for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. The parks essentially becoming outdoor art galleries, showcasing works for a limited period of time. We are seeking artist proposals for temporary public art for display in 2018. This is a chance to have your artwork displayed in City parks and public spaces.

All artists are invited to submit their proposals through the “CALL FOR ARTISTS FOR TEMPORARY OUTDOOR ART No. 2050” available online (www.nanaimo.ca > Doing Business > Bid Opportunities)or by contacting us directly. The call is open to all artists who live in Canada. Participants do not have to be a professional artist to submit a proposal.
