Bring family and friends for a walk among the old growth trees of Wildwood Ecoforest - the oldest continuously-managed ecoforest in North America. Your guide, zoologist Bruce Hepburn, will highlight key features that demonstrate sustainable forestry practices, such as leaving large old seed trees for natural regeneration and dead standing trees for woodpecker and owl nests. Please meet at the visitor centre at 1 pm and dress for the weather. Rain or shine.
