Heavy rains cause 3 crashes and havoc on Nanaimo roads

After months of dry weather, RCMP say the recent rains have caught drivers by surprise and caused accidents. 

RCMP Cst. Gary O'Brien told NanaimoNewsNOW two cars flipped and ended up in ditches Tuesday morning. O'Brien said the drivers were taken to the hospital but not seriously injured.
