Power House Living's Raw Hummus Recipe

Raw Hummus
 
Ingredients
1 cup diced zucchini (peel if you like)
1/4 cup raw tahini
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
3 teaspoons ground cumin
 
1.      Combine all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy!
2.      Serve chilled with colourful veggies. Yum! 

Raw hummus is a heart-healthy food!
