Rain or shine come out to the Nanaimo River Hatchery Spawning Day Fundraiser. Fun for the whole family. Observe a spawning demonstration, salmon dissection and a guided stream walk to watch the chum spawning in the creek. Adopt and release a coho fry, fish printing and the world famous Nanaimo Fish and Game club salmon BBQ. Win a fishing trip with Just Fishn charters. Fudge and coffee provided by Cabelas. Prizes from the Harbour Chandler, Yum yum baits. This year we will be bringing back our used boating and fishing gear garage sale.
