File # Unsolved crimes in Nanaimo from November 1st to November 8th

1. Nanaimo file # 2017-36964 Sometime overnight on Wednesday November 1st a red 96 Honda Civic with BC plate 632TRR was stolen from 342 Howard Ave. Owners of late model Honda products should be aware thieves are targeting 90's and early 2000's products. Ensure your vehicle is always locked and install some type of locking device or alarm system. It will not guarantee it does not get stolen but it will certainly reduce the opportunity and make thieves thing twice about stealing that vehicle.
